The virtual training is designed to give you the same foundational knowledge and professional technique from wherever you are.
You’ll receive guided instruction, demonstrations, and detailed training on each stage of the treatment. You’ll be able to learn the technique, understand the products and application process, and follow along with the training at your own pace.
Support is also available to help you understand the technique and build confidence before working with clients.

The in-person training provides a more hands-on learning experience with direct guidance throughout the day.
You’ll learn the full treatment process step by step, watch professional demonstrations, practice the technique, and receive personalized feedback to help you improve your application and confidence.
The goal is for you to leave understanding how to perform the service professionally, how to create consistent results, and how to confidently turn the skill into a paid service.

Arrival & Foundations
Theory Session
Begin your training day with the science behind a lash lift, rod/sheild selection and the consultation knowledge needed to create a professional lash lift experience for every client.

Let’s Work Through Your First Model Together
Complete treatment performed step by step, including consultation, preparation, shield selection, placement, processing, removal and finishing (we will do this together!).

Morning
Lunch & Business Session
Time to Debrief & Recharge
Debrief your first korean lash lift model experience together over lunch (complimentary). Time here to also delve into anything business-related that you would like (client experience, social media, back-end business, etc.)

Midday
Model 2
You Take The Lead With Model 2!
Complete treatment performed step by step, including consultation, preparation, shield selection, placement, processing, removal and finishing (this one you take the lead; I’m there to support every step of the way).

Review & Certification
Leave Ready For Real Clients
Finish with final feedback, troubleshooting, next steps and your certificate of completion so you can move forward with confidence.

THIS WAS MY RESULT, 1 YEAR AFTER DOING MY INITIAL LASH LIFT TRAINING.
I was doing so many lash lifts in my first year of offering them... and this was notably one of my favourite results.
This isn’t a BAD lash lift, but looking back, I simply had a lack of knowledge on how to choose the correct rod/shield, and the science behind how a lash lift actually works.
